I need an online software automate to convert data in some documents. the project is divided in 2 phases. first has to be ready the first phase and then the 2nd phase.
Phase 1: Document Generation
Extracted data is required to generate:
• Share Certificate- Contains 9 fields from the extracted data.
• Share Ledger- Contains 12 fields of which 9 fields are in the same as the Share Certificate.
• Data extraction from agreements
• Excel formatting or a structured table.
• Automatic document generation (Share Certificate & Share Ledger in PDF)
• Automatic Document Filing
• Automatic emailing of Specific Documents
Two level logins
A. Mester login
B. User login
• Upload folders of the documents
• Download share certificate & share ledger
• View the structured table
Phase 1: Document Verification
You have 4 to 5 documents:
• Agreement 1(SPA)
• Agreement 2 (AA)
• Passport Scan
• Utility Bill (Proof of Address)
Step 1: Identity & Address Verification
Verify that one of the agreements (Agreement 1) SPA contains:
• Full name (matching the Passport)
• Surname (matching the Passport)
• Date of Birth (matching the Passport)
• Passport Number (matching the Passport)
• Passport Expiry Date (matching the Passport)
• Address (matching the Utility Bill)
• Email address (matching within both agreement)
• Number of Shares
Step 2: Cross-checking Agreements
o Compare Agreement 1 and Agreement 2:
Ensure that details (e.g., above Step 1. details, company details, shareholding) match across both agreements.
o Confirm the details are of the same entity and individual.
Step 3: Extracting Data
o Identify key data points from the verified Agreement (SPA) and store them in an Excel sheet or a structured table.
The project will utilize online software for document generation and automation.
