In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ifuj.com reserves the right to recommend an alternative freelancer or project of similar scope, quality, and function. If substitutions are not acceptable, the user must specify their preference at the time of engagement.

4. FEES AND PRICING

The service fees, including platform charges, are clearly mentioned during the listing or booking process. ifuj.com reserves the right to revise pricing, fees, or charges at its sole discretion, with prior notice.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payments are processed securely via the platform. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to review and approval based on the platform's refund policy. Disputes regarding payments should be raised within 15 days of the transaction.

6. TAXES

All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user. Freelancers and businesses must comply with their local tax regulations when using ifuj.com.

7. RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may request revisions or cancellations based on the agreement with their selected freelancer. Refunds or exchanges for services must align with the terms outlined in the project contract.

8. LIABILITY

ifuj.com acts as a platform connecting freelancers and businesses and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the engagement of services. Claims regarding project quality or delivery must be resolved between the client and freelancer, with ifuj.com offering mediation if required.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

ifuj.com shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or technical issues.

10. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients and freelancers are required to provide accurate information and act professionally. Violations of these terms, including fraudulent activity, may result in account suspension or termination.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of project deliverables, including intellectual property, must be agreed upon between the client and freelancer before the start of the project. ifuj.com is not responsible for disputes regarding ownership.

By registering on ifuj.com, you consent to receive updates, promotional materials, and platform notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time through the settings or links in our communications.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, users agree to attempt resolution via ifuj.com’s dispute resolution process before pursuing external legal remedies.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
