I'm in need of a full-cycle recruitment specialist to help me fill mid-level positions in the tech industry. The ideal candidate would be proficient in candidate sourcing, have a deep understanding of the tech industry's demands, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The goal is to find the right talent that fits well within the company culture and meets the technical requirements of the roles. Prior experience in tech recruitment is a plus.
The project involves filling 1-5 mid-level tech positions. The anticipated timeframe for filling these positions is 1-2 months. Candidates should have hands-on experience with specific frameworks or tools like Django, React, or Docker. Candidates should be available for on-site positions. The final candidates should undergo behavioral interviews. The recruiter will have access to job boards to help find candidates. The recruiter's involvement ends after candidate placement. Detailed job descriptions for each position will be provided. The recruiter should be actively involved in all stages of the interview process.
