Create Histograms for WBC, RBC & Platelets

I need histograms created for white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), and platelets from the attached data. The raw data for the histograms is located under the OBX|27|ED||HGRAM| tag in the attached txt file. required plateform for the app is vb.net. The output histograms should match the style of the attached jpg file. Key Requirements: - Data visualization skills - Experience with histogram creation - Attention to detail to match the provided histogram style Please note, I do not need any data analysis or interpretation beyond the creation of the histograms. The histograms should not include any labels or titles.
