Blockchain Expert Needed for ERC-20 Airdrop Platform

We are in the process of planning an ERC-20 Airdrop Platform similar to [login to view URL] and we are in need of a Blockchain Team Leader. The primary responsibility of this leader will be focused on the technical development of the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the technical development of the platform - Overseeing the creation and implementation of smart contracts - Work closely with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless Web3 integration. - Optimize gas fees and transaction execution for large-scale airdrops. - Plan for multi-chain support (Ethereum initially, with future expansion to Polygon/BSC). Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in smart contract development - Prior experience in leading a technical team - Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and ERC-20 standards - Ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage project timelines. - Familiarity with multi-chain integration and gas optimization techniques.
