Customer Data Migration to New System

I'm looking for an experienced data migration specialist to assist with transferring customer & training course information from an old training management system to a new provider. The previous provider states that data will be provided in an SQL backup file via SMTP and requires manual intervention for the import process. The new provider requires CSV files to import. Key Responsibilities: - Retrieve and handle the SQL backup file - Collaborate with the new provider for data import - Ensure the integrity and security of the customer & company data throughout the process Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in handling SQL backup files - Previous experience with data migration - Strong communication skills for liaising with the new provider - Attention to detail to ensure data integrity & accuracy - Understanding of data security requirements We are not a huge company, but don't have the skills in-house to manage this ourselves.
