PDF Optimization Expert Needed

I need an experienced professional to optimize a PDF document template. The goal is to reduce the file size from its current 6.5MB aprox, to under 0.5MB, while still maintaining the document's quality and legibility. The PDF contains primarily text-heavy content, so your expertise in handling such documents is crucial. It's important to maintain: - Text sharpness - Font style - Formatting and layout The PDF includes graphical elements such as lines and boxes/frames that need to maintain their visual quality and proper alignment. These design elements are essential for the document's layout and must remain crisp and well-defined. We've been experiencing issues not only with the file size but also with character rendering, specifically with 'i' and 'l' letters becoming distorted when viewed on screen, which affects text readability (printing works fine). The original PDF was created using Illustrator. Therefore, familiarity with Illustrator and its PDF output capabilities would be a significant advantage. I am looking for someone who can deliver this task efficiently without compromising on quality for screen viewing and for printing on laser printer (letter size) The optimized PDF will be used also as an email attachment .
