NextCloud Performance Tuning on VM

I'm seeking an expert in NextCloud and Linux systems for tuning performance on recently implemented NextCloud File. Job Requirement is: - Resolve the current issues that have been already documented. - Run a Performance scan to get a report about new findings and resolve them. - Optimizing overall system performance for smooth functioning.
