Production Support Engineer Interviewer Required

We are looking interviewer for Production Support • Monitoring application and infrastructure health: • First level of incident analysis in HO and HNO • Coordinating with the application team to identify and mitigate root cause issues pertaining to the IT infrastructure and systems. • On duty call on alerts or request from exploitation • Application Management: • Deploying, Installation, upgrade packages, monitoring, and maintaining applications and ensure availability. Provided by development or infrastructure teams. • Application support, configurations, installations. • Application shutdown and restart • Infrastructure Management: • Managing physical and virtual infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, data centers etc. • Hardware deployment, upgrades, and support. • Hands on experience on Linux, windows operating systems. • Servers reboot actions • Prepare the infrastructure application decommissioning. • Applications and infrastructure support: • Implementing service level agreement (SLA), standards necessary for successful IT-enabled business operations. • Knowledge on scripting for infrastructure management and deployment, • Support and maintain the automations and the prod support tools. • Participate to the Operations preparation meetings. • Implement Problem management and recurrent incident process. • Implement activities improvements by automations, acts delegations and documentations. • Experience in implementing and managing backup, disaster recovery and business continuity strategies: • Acts on Disaster recovery tests to process fail over and fail back. • Interventions scheduled on weekends and non-working hours. Profile Skills required: • Technical Skills for Production Support Engineer • Linux REDhat since 6.2 version mandatory, CentOS • Scripting KSH Skill and SSH • Windows servers since 2012 version • Experience on ETL tools (Informatica) • Experience on Databases (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSql) • Experience on BI Tools (MSBI, Business Object, Power BI) • Experience on Files Transfer Tool (Tom, SFTP,) • Experience on scheduling tools (Control-M, Jenskins) • Experience on automation (Jenskins, Ansible, Nexus , Terraform) • Experience on network (DNS, DHCP, network port forwarding) • First experience in Production management with multiple environment to manage • Soft Skills for Production Support Engineer • Autonomous and curious to learn something new • Self-motivated and dynamic • Volunteer to do more and improve the activities
