Rustic Website & Logo Design

I'm seeking a web & logo designer with a strong grasp of rustic aesthetics. The site should include a contact form and a photo gallery. The logo should be a combination of text and icons. I have attached the initial draft for our logo, however, we want to remove two of the birds and replace them with a tree kangaroo.
