High-Performance UI/UX Designer Needed

I am working on various projects that require a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft high-performing, user-friendly, and conversion-driven digital experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of usability, user psychology, and visual hierarchy to create designs that not only look great but also drive engagement and conversions. Responsibilities: ✅ Design landing pages, website layouts, and digital interfaces with a focus on user experience. ✅ Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to optimize designs. ✅ Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups to visualize layouts. ✅ Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and developers to create cohesive designs. ✅ Optimize navigation, CTAs, and layout structure for higher engagement and conversions. ✅ Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly designs for seamless cross-device experiences. ✅ Follow a predefined UX/UI framework for project consistency and efficiency. Requirements: ✔ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on conversion optimization. ✔ Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UI design tools. ✔ Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research. ✔ Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and UX best practices. ✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and development teams. ✔ A portfolio showcasing user-friendly, visually appealing, and conversion-focused designs. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): • Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). • Experience with basic HTML & CSS to understand implementation feasibility. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar UX research tools.
