Project Title: Rebranding Office Staff Club for Aviation Company
Project Overview:
We are an aviation company operating multiple regional airports, and we are looking to rebrand our office staff club, "Club Regional Airports." The objective of this rebranding is to establish a fresh, professional, and visually appealing identity that reflects our industry while fostering a sense of unity and belonging among our staff.
We seek a creative and experienced designer to develop a cohesive brand identity that will be used across various platforms, from official documents to promotional materials. The new branding should effectively represent aviation, teamwork, and professionalism while maintaining a modern and corporate aesthetic.
Scope of Work:
The selected freelancer/designer will be responsible for delivering the following branding elements:
1. Logo Design
Create a unique and professional logo that incorporates shades of blue (suggest complementary colors if needed).
The logo should reflect the aviation industry and the spirit of teamwork and community within the staff club.
Provide at least five (5) initial design concepts for review.
Deliver 2D and 3D variations of the final logo.
2. Flag Design
Design an official club flag incorporating the newly designed logo and brand colors.
The flag should be visually striking, professional, and suitable for display in office spaces, events, and outdoor locations.
3. Backdrop Banner
A high-resolution backdrop banner design that can be used for various club events, meetings, and functions.
The design should feature the club’s branding and logo while maintaining a professional aesthetic.
4. Document Template
A professional and standardized document template for club communications, letters, and reports.
The template should include the logo, brand colors, typography, and header/footer elements to ensure consistency across all documents.
Deliverable format: Microsoft Word (DOCX) and PDF.
5. Name Card Design
Design a sleek and modern business card for club executives and key members.
The card should include the club logo, name, and essential contact details while maintaining a clean and professional layout.
Deliverable format: AI, EPS, PNG, PDF.
6. Stamp Design
Create an official club stamp that will be used for endorsements and approvals.
The design should include the club name, logo, and a professional emblem or border.
Deliverable format: Vector (AI, EPS) and high-resolution PNG.
Deliverables:
Logo Design: Minimum three (3) final logo concepts, including 2D and 3D versions.
Final designs in multiple formats: AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG, and PDF.
Source files for all designs.
Revisions: Up to three (3) rounds based on feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in branding, logo design, and corporate identity development.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous corporate, aviation-related, or organizational branding projects.
Ability to work within a blue color scheme and suggest complementary colors for a professional and cohesive look.
Creativity and attention to detail in delivering a unique and high-quality brand identity.
Ability to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback effectively.
