WordPress Custom Roles & Database Integration

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress PHP programmer to customize my site with new user roles and functionalities. Core requirements include: - Adding three new roles: Service Providers, Local Authorities, and Landlords. These roles need to have access restrictions to specific pages. - Implementing a user registration system where users register for a role and upload documents. An admin notification system for user approval or rejection is also necessary. - Creating unique forms for each role that allow users to save records to the database and upload files. - Developing a system to query the database and present the information. Documents to be uploaded during registration include Identification proof, Address proof, and Professional certification. Ideal candidates will have: - Extensive experience with WordPress and PHP - Proficiency in database handling and queries - Prior work with custom user roles and access restrictions - An understanding of setting up admin notification systems.
