PHP Developer Needed for SEO Control Panel

I'm looking for a talented PHP developer to create a dedicated Control Panel for SEO activities on our website, www.teachersjobs.in. The site is built on the PHP and Smarty framework with SQL as the database.

The Control Panel should support:

- Meta tag management

- Keyword analysis tool

- Backlink tracking

It should also accommodate multiple user roles, not just an admin. While it won't require real-time monitoring, it should still have the capability for regular analytics tracking.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:

- Proficiency in PHP and Smarty framework

- Experience with SQL databases

- Prior work creating SEO Control Panels

- Knowledge of implementing user access levels
