Freelancer Job Posting: Microsoft 365 Onboarding & Policy Acknowledgment System Title: Setup Microsoft 365 SharePoint Site, Power Automate Workflow & Microsoft Forms for Onboarding and Policy Acknowledgment Description: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to create a centralized onboarding and policy acknowledgment system for Vrindavan Chandrodaya Mandir Trust. The system should be built using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires and policy compliance for existing employees. Scope of Work: SharePoint Communication Site: Design and develop an intuitive onboarding site for new employees. Upload various departmental policies (IT, HR, etc.) in a structured and easy-to-navigate format. Provide access to relevant documents, guidelines, and resources. Policy Acknowledgment Workflow (Power Automate): Automate policy acknowledgment for all employees through Power Automate workflows. Ensure employees review and confirm their understanding of policies before accessing IT resources. Generate acknowledgment logs for compliance tracking. Data Security Assessment (Microsoft Forms): Create a quarterly assessment test on data security and policy compliance using Microsoft Forms. Automate notifications and reminders for employees to complete assessments. Generate reports on assessment completion and scores. Access Management & Compliance Tracking: Track policy acknowledgment and assessment results. Notify HR/IT when an employee has not completed onboarding steps. Maintain a secure and compliant record of acknowledgments.
