We are looking for an experienced OpenSCAD developer to create a fully parametric wall-mounted key holder. The design should allow users to customize the base shape, plug types, and overall structure using adjustable parameters. The final output should be a script that generates 3D-printable STL files.
Project Requirements:
Parametric Base Design:
Adjustable width, height, and depth
Randomization function to generate unique variations
Support for different shape files (SVG/DXF) as a base
Interchangeable Plugs:
Different plug types:
Hex Closed – Solid cover for accents
Hex Ring – Small ring for keychains
Hex Ring Big – Bigger keychain ring
Hex Hook – Hook for additional items
Plugs should be placed randomly for visualization but remain modular
Material & Color Customization:
Options to change plug colors (White, Orange, Yellow)
Easy integration for future color expansions
Export & File Management:
Ability to export STL files for 3D printing
Modular code structure for easy updates & modifications
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
