The book will focus on real estate investing in Canada. The writer should provide frequent updates and collaborate closely with me throughout the writing process. I prefer regular updates and collaboration throughout the writing process. The book should be divided into theme-based sections focusing on different aspects of real estate investing. I will provide the details on what it takes to invest safely and profitably, which will need to be re-worked and enhanced for clarity and readability.
