I'm using Power Automate and Copilot Studio, and need a custom solution for document summarization. I want to automatically summarize any document (Word/PDF) added to a SharePoint document library, without needing user approval for the AI-generated summaries. I want to use a custom prompt for the summary.
Key Requirements:
- Set up an automated workflow in Power Automate
- Use Copilot Studio to summarize Word documents
- Ensure the process runs without user input
I am new to this and looking for guidance of how this could best be achieved. Plenty of guides but they do not get over the need to have an approval process which i do not want.
I don't want to use ChatGPT or Azure AI API as these costs money and copilot is part of my current subscription.
Please include:
- A comprehensive training video or guide on how to set this up, so I can understand the process and replicate it if necessary.
- Access to import your flow for my own testing and learning.
