Shopify LiveChat & Email Automation with AI

I'm seeking an AI specialist to implement a live chat and email system for my Shopify dropshipping store. The AI will need to interface with the AliExpress API to retrieve tracking numbers and handle customer inquiries. It should also be familiar with our store's terms of service. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries - Handle requests for tracking numbers - Transfer cases to a manager for refunds - Understand and communicate our store's TOS The AI should be able to handle questions about product information, order status, and our return and refund policies. It will only need to check for updated tracking numbers from the AliExpress API when prompted by a customer.
