Elementor Expert Required for Customization -- 2

I'm in need of an Elementor specialist who can assist me with customizing existing pages, using templates, and scheduling events. The scheduled events are online classes, so I need to integrate scheduling and payment. I'm hoping to work interactively, so that I can understand how to correctly achieve my objectives. Ideal candidate should: - Be proficient in both creating and modifying Elementor templates. - Have experience with customizing page layouts, adding new elements, and making styling adjustments. - Be able to incorporate scheduled events into the page design. Steppingstone Solutions is a training company which prepares IT professionals for various certification exams. • Steppingstone Solutions has been in business since 2000. • This is a single person company… It’s just me. • Key services include certification training and custom courseware development. • Our mission is to help IT professionals reach the next level in their career by achieving valuable certifications. 2. These are the main objectives of this site design: • I designed the current site, but I’m not completely happy with the results. There are several areas where I need help… • These are the outcomes I would like to achieve: - I want a potential student to visit my site because they want to attend high-quality training that is affordable. (I mainly plan to market classes on social media) - I want an engaging home page, which allows the customer to learn why Steppingstone should be their training partner. - My marketing theme will use images and graphics that relate to using technology in unusual settings. (e.g. current home page image of IT professionals with laptops, having a meeting in an old growth forest) I plan to use text-to-image AI tools, as in the example just mentioned. - The home page should display currently scheduled classes and make it easy to learn more, purchase a class, ask questions, etc. My home page currently displays a “slider” video with a tagline that I like, but I am open to suggestions. - Although courseware development is a service I offer, I don’t have any content for courseware development and mentoring at this time. This is something I will add later… - I want a smooth process for a customer to purchase a class. WooCommerce is already working, but I need email automation. I want the customer to get an emailed receipt and a Zoom link in order to attend the specific class they purchased. • There are several problems which require resolution: - The site currently displays “scheduled events” on the right side of the page for each individual class. However, these events are global instead of only pertaining to the class that has been selected. In other words, if a customer is looking at the detailed page for a particular class, they should only see that specific class listed on the schedule. However, if a customer visits the Schedule page, then they should see all available classes listed. - The course badges (icons) appear at the correct size on the Classes page, but they are too large when viewed on the Event page or on the Schedule page. I’m not sure how to adjust this… - My global header/menu is okay, but I want better control over the placement of the shopping cart icon/button and the Contact button. The width is too variable depending on the width of the browser, so I want this to be more consistent. • As stated previously, the main goal is to make it easy for customers to find the course they want, learn more detail about each class, and ultimately purchase the training. • I want to successfully run at least two classes every month. 3. My key audiences will be addressed by marketing on social media. (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and X) • I definitely need help in this area, but I realize I may need to contact other freelancers with this type of expertise. • My typical customer is a government employee, a member of the military, or a corporate employee. • Many students are attempting to earn a certification in order to maintain their current job, to become eligible for a promotion, or to get a better job elsewhere. 4. There are many companies in the IT training industry. Most of them are small to medium-sized businesses with several employees, office rental space, etc. • Steppingstone Solutions is a single-person company, with nearly zero overhead. • My main advantage is competitive pricing for students that want to attend online training instead of in person. • I do occasionally run classes in person, so the purchasing process will be the same. Instead of receiving a Zoom link via email, the student will be given an address for the training venue. 5. The current website structure is simple by design. I want a clean interface, but I realize it could use some graphics and images. For instance, I may be interested in a home page mock-up to explore new ideas. • Home page: There is a simple nav menu with a shopping cart and “contact” button. I already have social media icons in the footer, but I might be open to also showing them in the header. • Classes page: This page shows a list of Featured Classes. I will add additional courses in the future. - This page is very plain, so I am interested in a few design suggestions to add graphics and images. - I have been considering creating a short video for each individual class, so this added content would need to fit into the current design. • Schedule page: This page lists classes using The Event Calendar. Currently, the events listed are very plain. I could use some graphic elements or images to make this a bit more interesting. - I want to make it easier for a potential customer to select and purchase a scheduled class. • About page: This page might be okay as it is. However, I am open to design suggestions or a mock-up. • Login page: This page is probably okay as well. However, I am open to design suggestions or a mock-up. 6. My goal is to have this site fully functional by the end of January, or early February. I believe the changes required will not take a lot of time, so I’m hopeful that my deadline is achievable.
