Tiny Living Room and Kitchenette Design -MUST BE ABLE TO VISIT IN PERSON - no online or videos thanks

I need a quick, CHEAP, original/traditional interior design for my tiny living room (10ftx 12ft and 10ftx5ft) and kitchenette. I live in a tiny one bedroom Housing Association flat in Warndon, Worcester on the first floor facing north east. The design should be fantastic. The color scheme should be bright and nice, flowers, birds, savannah, Greek island, magnolia, and eggshell are some ideas. Key Elements: - Bright, attractive color scheme - Wallpaper with bird and floral patterns - Expert paint and wallpaper advice Ideal candidate should have: - Experience with designing small spaces - Wallpaper design expertise, particularly with nature-themed patterns - Ability to deliver a fast, efficient service - Could be a project for a student to make it cheaper!
