Creating a simple admin page

1) Create a simple admin page for publishing my news that will be displayed on one page (news) of my simple two-page site. Display news in a list down in order where the newest news are displayed at the top. There should be an option to enter text and upload an image. Each news should also display the date of publication of this news. 2) remove the display of the extension ([login to view URL] and .html) in the address bar on both pages.
