Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our wedding company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract potential clients, and drive bookings. The role requires expertise in social media management, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content, including reels, stories, posts, and live sessions.
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries to build a strong online presence.
2. Content Creation & Marketing:
Develop high-quality blogs, newsletters, and website content to attract and engage audiences.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create visually stunning wedding-related content.
Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management:
Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
Monitor and update website content, ensuring it aligns with the latest trends and company offerings.
4. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
Optimize ad performance, manage budgets, and track ROI.
5. Email & SMS Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
Personalize and automate email sequences for different stages of the customer journey.
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Generate reports and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
7. Event & Wedding Promotions:
Promote wedding packages, offers, and services through online campaigns.
Assist in online event marketing for bridal fairs, expos, and wedding showcases.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the wedding, event planning,
or hospitality industry.
3. Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing.
4. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms.
5. Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Suite.
2. Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
3. A passion for weddings, trends, and event planning.
