Job Title: Senior Fullstack Developer Experience: 5+ years Work Hours: 5 PM 3 AM IST Job Type: Remote Job Description What You’ll Do Platform Development: Build and maintain a state-of-the-art Web2/Web3 fintech platform using TypeScript/JavaScript and supporting libraries. Collaborate: Work closely with the Engineering Manager, architects, and team members to drive engineering best practices and deliver top-tier solutions. Integration: Design and implement integrations with the broader Republic platform and third-party vendor products. Full Stack Development: Contribute across the stack, including frontend, APIs, and backend systems, with a strong emphasis on APIs and backend development. Infrastructure Optimization: Design efficient, scalable infrastructure solutions. Technology Roadmap: Help define and execute the project’s technological strategy and roadmap. About You 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining scalable, data-intensive applications. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while maintaining a hands-on approach. Strong collaboration and communication skills with a team-first mindset. Experience in 0-to-1 product development, solving complex challenges with innovative solutions. Highly organized, reliable, and committed to delivering high-impact solutions. Skill Set Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with expertise in frontend libraries like React/React Native. Strong experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, [login to view URL], Nest.js. Solid understanding of GraphQL API design and development. Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, etc.). Experience working with AWS hosting services (RDS, Lambda, S3, R53, EC2). Strong grasp of system setup and DevOps, including nginx, git, Docker. Proficiency in writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests using tools like Mocha, Jest.
