I'm in need of a dedicated customer service agent who specializes in phone support. The agent should be fluent in English and provide support during business hours only. We are looking for british people who have lived in the UK previously - you may now be living abroad however.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Follow-up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Update customer records in the CRM system
- Adhere to customer service policies and protocols
- Upsell additional products and services when appropriate
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly phone support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work during business hours
The phone support is required for 8 hours per day. The agent will be supporting technical services.
