Edusys: Online Teacher Management Web App

I need a web-based system for an online teacher to manage her classes efficiently. The system should have the following features: 1. Calendar & Scheduling A calendar view that displays scheduled classes. Ability to add, edit, and cancel class time slots. Time slots should be flexible, covering all weekdays and all hours. Option to set recurring classes. 2. Student Management Each student should have a profile (Name, Email, Payment Status, Attendance Record). Students can register for a class and pay online to confirm their booking. The system should track which students have joined the class session. 3. Payment Integration Integrate MyFatoorah as the payment gateway. The system should update the payment status once the payment is confirmed. Only paid students should receive the meeting invitation. 4. Zoom Integration The system should integrate with Zoom API (teacher already has a subscription). Automatically generate a Zoom meeting link for each scheduled class. Automatically send Zoom invitations to only paid students. Track which students have joined the meeting. 5. Email Notifications Once a student pays, the system should automatically send an email with the meeting link. Reminders should be sent before the class starts. Payment failure or pending notifications should be handled. 6. Admin Dashboard A dashboard for the teacher to: See upcoming classes and registered students. View students' payment status and attendance. Manually mark attendance if needed. Generate reports on students' participation and revenue. 7. Technology & Hosting The system should be a web-based app. Should support scalability for more students in the future. Use a secure database to store student details, class schedules, and payment records.
