Key Focus Areas: - Advanced Java Programming Concepts: The interviewer should evaluate the candidate's understanding and application of multithreading, collections, and exception handling. - Framework Proficiency: Proficiency in Spring and Hibernate is critical. The interviewer should assess the candidate's experience and expertise in using these frameworks. - Database Integration & Optimization: The candidate's knowledge and skills in database integration and performance optimization are to be assessed.
