Dot Net MAUI App POC Development

I'm looking for a developer to create a proof of concept (POC) for a Dot Net MAUI application. The application should function like a scheduler (EVEN IF THE APP IS CLOSED), triggering pre-defined tasks every 5 minutes (this will later change to executing daily at 12:00 AM). Key Requirements: - The scheduled tasks should run even when the application is not open. - The user interface needs to include "start schedule" and "stop schedule" buttons The primary task that needs to be executed every 5 minutes, even if app is not running.
