Nutrition Database Design in FileMaker

I'm seeking an expert in FileMaker to assist in creating a simple yet effective nutrition database. The project involves transforming the way I track my nutrition, currently done via an Excel spreadsheet, into a more sophisticated system leveraging FileMaker's capabilities. Key Requirements: - Each day should be a separate record in the database - Daily food items will need to be selectable via both a search function and a drop-down menu/list - Nutritional values should be linked from a resident table - The system should generate summary reports over various time periods (week/month/year) and allow data to be assembled in different ways (e.g. grams of protein from seafood in March, average grams of tuna per day, etc.) - The database should utilize advanced structures with relational and lookup features, which I currently lack the skills to create Nutritional Data: - The database should track macros (specifically Protein, Carbs, and Fat) and Calories - Daily food items will be imported from a database Ideal Skills: - Extensive experience in FileMaker - Ability to create complex relational databases - Understanding of macro and calorie tracking Please note that while I have decades of experience using FileMaker, I require a professional who can design and implement this project due to the advanced level of complexity involved.
