Project Title: Development of a Complete Debt Negotiation Portal (Front + Back) - AWS Windows Implementation Project Description: We are looking for a full-stack developer to build a complete debt negotiation portal, allowing customers to check their outstanding debts and negotiate repayment agreements efficiently through an integrated API. The system must include both front-end and back-end development, API integration, and deployment on AWS (Windows-based environment). Project Scope & Requirements: 1. User Flow & Features Home Page: The customer enters their CPF/CNPJ (Tax ID) and clicks "Negotiate My Debt." Name Selection: If multiple records are found, the user selects the correct name. API Data Retrieval: The system queries the API and fetches: Outstanding debts and details. Available settlement options (full payment and installment plans). Offer Display: The user can toggle between one-time payment and installment plans. The system should show the total debt, discounts, and breakdown of installments. Contract Details View: Users can review detailed contract information before proceeding. Agreement Confirmation: Customers must agree to terms and confirm the settlement. API Agreement Registration: The system must register the agreement through the API and wait for confirmation. Final Confirmation: Upon API success response, display a confirmation message and allow receipt download. 2. Front-End Development Responsive, user-friendly interface with clear navigation. Multiple screens following the negotiation flow. Dynamic content rendering for API responses. Secure authentication system for users. Agreement export functionality (PDF or email confirmation). 3. Back-End Development Integration with the "Recupera" API for: Token authentication and management. Fetching debtor details based on CPF/CNPJ. Debt calculation and repayment simulation. Agreement execution & logging actions. Business logic implementation to validate API responses. Data caching & optimization to reduce unnecessary API calls. Logging system for tracking user actions and system performance. 4. Deployment & Hosting on AWS (Windows) The entire system must be hosted on AWS, running on a Windows environment. The freelancer must provide guidance on setting up the environment. Ensure scalability, security, and high availability. 5. Technology Stack Front-end: React.js, Vue.js, or similar modern JavaScript framework. Back-end: Node.js (Express), Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel). Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL. Integration: REST API. Deployment: AWS (Windows Server-based). 6. Deliverables Full source code for both front-end and back-end. Complete API integration and documentation for further enhancements. AWS deployment instructions for replication and scalability. Testing & debugging to ensure all flows work smoothly.
