Graduation Dress Sewing Pattern Design

I'm looking for a professional to draft a sewing pattern for a unique graduation dress. The dress features a sweetheart necklace bustier with a flowy but not full skirt. Key Requirements: - Drafting a sewing pattern for a dress - Knowledge of working with medium weight fabric and potentially cotton lawn (trying to avoid chiffon and satin) - Experience with advice for potential embroidery on the top The fabric for this project is a medium weight fabric for the top and a flowy cotton for the skirt, in a very pale powder blue. I plan to embroider the top before sewing, so it's important that the pattern takes this into consideration. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fashion design and pattern making, with a keen understanding of dress construction. I would like it to look exactly like the picture attached (in terms of construction) but as if the skirt had no waistband and was attached onto the bustier top as one dress, and boning not visible in the corset.
