Enhancement of 3D Logo Animation

I'm looking for a creative 3D logo animation that starts with a veil drifting in the wind over a black screen. A beautifully animated eye will then slowly come forward, with the veil blowing away. The eye will grow in size while my real estate projects (homes and hotels) flow by as the eyeball turns. This should last around 30-60 seconds.

Key requirements:

- Experience in 3D animation, particularly with complex logo reveals.

- Ability to provide creative input on color and design, including integrating the phrase: "The VESPER GROUP, Design, Building and Funding Unforgettable Projects."
