hyper Realistic Dinosaur game pc and console

I'm in look for a developer or company that could help me create a hyper realistic dinosaur game. this game will take place in Alaska around 70 million years ago. the players will have choices to play as different types of dinosaurs. i want this game to be visually stunning and have weather effects. this game will be extremely intricate as I'm wanting there to be npc dinosaurs that interact with players. hard to explain is all on here. this is an idea and right now im just looking for quotes to see how much something like this would cost. also want to have this game on pc and both ps and xbox consoles.
