Advanced Zoho FSM & CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled freelancer with advanced expertise in Zoho FSM, Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms, and WordPress to implement a product registration and quote request system. The objective is to create a seamless integration between a website, Zoho CRM, and Zoho FSM. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Registration System:

• Design and implement a registration page on our website where customers can input their personal details and register the products they’ve purchased.

• Include a serial number lookup field to validate the product and ensure it’s registered correctly.

• Allow customers to upload images related to their purchase (e.g., proof of purchase or product images).

• Ensure all customer and product data is accurately captured and integrated into Zoho FSM and Zoho CRM.

2. Quote Request Form:

• Set up a quote request form on the website where customers can submit their requests.

• Ensure the requests are routed and managed in Zoho CRM for follow-up and processing.

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Zoho FSM and Zoho CRM for efficient product registration and quote request management.

• Expertise in Zoho Forms for creating and managing the registration and quote request forms.

• Proficiency in WordPress to implement and integrate the forms seamlessly into the website.

• Strong experience in Zoho CRM automation, workflows, and integration with external websites.

• Excellent English communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and understanding.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to provide a smooth user experience by ensuring the forms are user-friendly and the data flows seamlessly into Zoho FSM and Zoho CRM.

• Ability to troubleshoot and provide ongoing support after implementation.
