Weekly Report Consolidation & Visualization

I require an Excel expert to streamline my weekly report process. This involves merging four distinct reports - Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance - into one comprehensive Excel spreadsheet.

Key tasks:

- Combine the four reports into one Excel sheet on a weekly basis.

- Visualize the data trends over time using a bar graph.

- Ensure the graph highlights the key trends across the four departments.

- Automate the import of data from each of the four reports to reduce manual input.

- Develop a dashboard in Excel that displays key metrics and trends in a user-friendly format.

- Generate a weekly summary report that provides insights and highlights key findings.

- Set up conditional formatting or alerts to flag any significant changes or anomalies in the data.

- Include analysis of historical data to identify long-term trends and patterns.

Ideal skills for this job include:

- Proficiency in Excel, particularly in data manipulation and graph creation.

- Ability to understand and interpret data trends.

- Experience in handling maintenance, operations, SCM and finance reports would be a plus.

The final consolidated report should be delivered as an Excel file. The weekly summary report should be delivered as a PDF. Some manual input will be required each week to maintain the accuracy of the consolidated report. Please use a standard layout for the dashboard. Include key performance indicators for each department in the dashboard. The weekly summary report should provide a high-level overview with key highlights and trends. The freelancer will need to create a template for the consolidated report and dashboard setup. The raw data should be provided in Excel sheets every week. Highlight key metrics such as financial spending for the relevant department.
