Designer Needed for Cookbook Project

Hello I have a cookbook i need designed and finished, i have alot of the details i can furnish to you now. 1. The book must be done according to ingram sparks requirements. 2. The dimensions of the book are 8.5x8.5 3. I have a document with the entire book with all of the recipes and all of the pictures and where they need to be placed. 4. I have the font i would like for the titles of each of the recipes and the chapter cover pages. 5. The only thing i do not have but should have by the end of the week are the pictures of me that will go inside the book but all of the food pictures i have. 6. The cookbook has about 60-62 recipes 7. The book in total is about 200 pages 8. I am still writing the introduction for the book should have that shortly 9. My computer for whatever reason has "courier new" as its default font that is NOT the font I want for the interior of the book (maybe you can suggest a font) 10. The only concern i have as far as design of the book is concerned is that some of the pictures of the book do not cover the majority of the page they are on leaving a lot of negative empty space and so I would need some suggestions from you on what can fill that empty space. I will appreciate receiving a sample of first pages. I look forward to hearing fro you
