I require a set of production drawings for a residential modular build. The drawings should include floor plans, electrical layouts, elevations, joinery details, wet area details, and all should be highly detailed with annotations. Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in CAD software - Previous experience with modular residential builds - Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing layouts - Excellent attention to detail and ability to create highly detailed annotations The first attachment is required to be drawn up as per the second.
