Role Player Needed for Coaching & Counselling Sessions

I'm in need of individuals who are willing to participate as role players in my coaching and counselling sessions. The purpose of these sessions is to accumulate the necessary hours for obtaining higher certificates in coaching and counselling. The role-playing will be slightly scripted to adhere to certain parameters and will take place via Zoom video calls. Before any participant is selected, they will be interviewed. Ideal candidates will: - Be comfortable discussing a range of topics including mental health issues, career development, and relationship advice. - Be able to participate in 4-6 sessions. - Possess empathy and understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow a script while improvising slightly. - Have a reliable internet connection and a suitable device for participating in Zoom calls without interruptions. - Come from diverse backgrounds to provide varied perspectives and enhance the authenticity of role-playing scenarios. - Respect the confidentiality of sessions and understand the importance of maintaining privacy. - Maintain a positive attitude and show willingness to contribute constructively to the role-playing scenarios. This project may involve several sessions depending on various factors. Each role-playing session will be about 1 hour. The role-playing sessions will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. No prior experience in coaching or counselling is necessary. The role-playing sessions should be completed within 1 month.
