Excel Script for SKU Image Processing

I'm looking for an Excel script that can automate the checking of my SKUs against a consolidated list that includes URLs and titles. The script will need to perform the following tasks: - Check against a consolidated list with URLs and titles - Download images - Rename files according to the SKU The SKU list is located in an Excel file and the consolidated list with URLs and titles is also provided in an Excel file.
