This role involves managing property listings, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring seamless bookings. No prior experience is required—we provide full training, instructional videos, and materials to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities: • Download and review client property details, ensuring accuracy and correcting discrepancies • Post and advertise properties on partner platforms to maximize visibility • Manage property calendars and keep availability up to date • Handle account inquiries and bookings, assisting guests with their reservations • Maintain a high booking acceptance rate by promptly informing guests of property availability • Forward reservation details to your supervisor for further processing Requirements: ✅ Must have an active Airbnb guest account (mandatory) ✅ Must be located in the US, Canada, or EU (strictly enforced) ✅ Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection ✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✅ Prior experience in customer service or virtual assistance is preferred
