Interior and outdoor Rendering

I'm looking for an experienced 3D designer to create medium-detail 3D, renderings of my architecture project. The plans are already done. Requirements: - Create 3D perspective sections - Deliver medium-detail interior 3D renderings - Experience in architectural 3D modelling and rendering - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max or similar - Ensure color accuracy to match specified materials and finishes. - Use high-quality textures to provide a realistic feel of materials.
