I need a skilled professional to resize a horizontal high resolution 41x33 inch JPEG image file to fit a 3:2 aspect ratio for a 36x24 inch print.
NOTE**. I prefer not to have the bottom portion cropped off. There is room to crop off the top. For the finished product I want it to look as close to the framed mockup image attached as possible.
