Photoshop Plugin Development for SLIC Method

I'm in need of an experienced C++ developer who can create a Photoshop plugin for me. This plugin will allow users to translate images using the SLIC (Simple Linear Iteration Classification) method. Key Features: - The plugin should be located under the Filter menu in Photoshop CC. - Upon clicking the plugin, a dialog should pop up. This dialog will include a preview widget and parameter controls for m and S in SLIC. - The dialog can be designed using Qt. - The CImg library should be used for implementing SLIC. - I will provide all necessary tutorial images and guidance on using CImg for SLIC. Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in C++ and experience with developing Photoshop plugins - Familiarity with the SLIC method and the CImg library - Experience with designing user interfaces in Qt - Ability to understand and implement provided tutorials and guidance Notes: If you can develop this kind of plugin in UXP(Javascript), it is also okay.
