Dashcam Integration into Flutter App

I'm looking for an experienced Flutter developer to integrate a dashcam functionality into my existing app.

Key Features:

- Continuous Recording: The dashcam should be capable of recording footage continuously.

- Event-triggered Recording: The dashcam needs to be able to record footage based on specific events or triggers.

- Live Streaming: The dashcam should have the capability of live streaming.

Storage:

- I require a Hybrid (Local + Cloud) storage solution for the dashcam recordings.

User Access:

- Users should be able to access the recordings through in-app playback, download, and share functionalities.
