Dope Designs Wanted

I'm the owner of a clothing brand seeking a uniquely creative fashion designer. My goal is to transform my casual wear line into something special. I also would like to find someone who can come up with a nice logo similar to wha I have attached as files here. So the-rent name is Dope vibes Entertainment but my clothing name is slightly different and is Dope Vibez Only and both must come with a rose so I need Ideas to find something I can stick to.
