MAGENTO 2 EXPERT MAGENTO 2 ATTRIBUTES EXPERT MAGENTO 2 "ATTRIBUTE SET" EXPERT MAGENTO 2 PRICE RULE EXPERT PRODUCTS IMPORT EXPERT EXCEL EXPERT Please do not bid if you're not a genuine expert that can import thousands of products every week. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Be super organized. We will be sending you documents: please sort them in a way that will make it easy for you to revert to these documents whenever needed. We use Office 365 / OneDrive to organize our documents. - You will be importing using excel or CSV or, if you're a true expert: you may even use XML. You will need to maintain these files. If we find out that an attribute was not defined, we want to make sure it will be easy for you to add the attribute and reimport the products adequately. Note: in some cases, product assets/attributes are contained in 3 files: PIES - ACES - Digital asset. You may need to merge that data to succesfully import a brand of products. - You will need develop a comprehensive understanding of our product. We will be there to support you; we understand that our products are not your typical t-shirt. - Import and/or Create products on our Magento 2 website, including configurable products and other types of special products. - Manage and maintain products in Quickbooks using the a template, provided. We will be handling the import of products in Quickbooks. - Manage products attributes effectively by creating product mapping for every category of products. These are called ATTRIBUTE SETS and they are used to help assign the right attributes to a type of product. -MAGENTO Pricing Rules must be understood adequately. Pricing rules In Magento will have to match pricing Rules in Quickbooks. -Customers must be able to sucessfully search and add to cart any single product, including those also appearing on configurable products. -Many configurable products must be created to facilitate the selection of the correct product. Required Skills and Experience: - Scraping: some suppliers do NOT provide complete data or images. Being able to effectively get the information online is sometimes needed - Deep knowledge of Magento 2 is mandatory. Expertise of how Magento Manages Attributes is essential to succeed. ** MAGENTO EXPERT REQUIRED ** - Your job will be to determine attributes / categories for products using information provided to you, or information available online (you will have to research the brand of products you are importing). What this means is that some suppliers use standardized data (PIES, ACES, Digital Asset) - some other suppliers do NOT use standardized data. ** It is important to be able to use Standardized data to avoid creating multiple attributes that refer to the same attribute **. PLEASE BE AN ATTRIBUTE EXPERT. Our current attributes and Attributes Sets will need a clean up; let's make sure we don't make it worse! -You will have to provide excel documents so Quickbooks data can also be updated. A template will be provided. -We are in Canada but often purchase products in USD. Currency conversion understanding is needed ** WE EXPECT MASS IMPORT PROCEDURES. If you plan on creating items one at a time, please do NOT bid! ** In order to make sure you've read the requirements and are actually comfortable with them, please start your message/bid with "I'm good with scraping, XML analysis, Magento Attributes and configurable products. I understand that there is an obligation of positive results for payment to be released". Please: don't bid if you're not already an expert in Magento and product imports. We just lost a lot of time with another freelancer that ended up creating products one at a time! We are results oriented. No result, no payment. This is a full time job, that will begin with a trial period that will be part time: 20 hours per week for 2 or 3 weeks to evaluate the knowledge of the team. We add products all the time, and products evolve. You need to be able to keep track of the tasks and update us on the status of each of these tasks.
