UX/UI Product Designer – Long-Term Opportunity Location: Remote (within ±3 hours of Sydney time zone) Commitment: 30-38 hours per week, Monday to Friday About Us: SalesLogs is a growing SaaS business based in Sydney, looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to join our team. We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with SaaS companies to enhance our product’s user experience and interface design. Role Overview: The UX/UI Product Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly designs while documenting business requirements, design decisions, and workflows in Figma. This role involves close collaboration with our product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation and a strong user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Design high-quality UI/UX solutions for our SaaS platform in Figma. • Document design decisions, business requirements, and design rationale within Figma. • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas effectively. • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency across features. • Maintain and implement UI, Design Systems, Tokens • Conduct UX research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve the product experience. • Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and best UX/UI practices. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a SaaS company. • Strong expertise in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems, and documentation). • Strong expertise in Token Studio (token management) • Ability to document design decisions and workflows clearly within Figma. • Strong communication skills with business-level proficiency in written and spoken English. • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers. • Experience conducting UX research and usability testing to refine design solutions. • Ability to create structured documentation that enhances team understanding of design processes. • Availability within ±3 hours of Sydney’s time zone.
