SOP Development for Trucking Insurance Agency

I'm seeking a professional with a strong background in trucking insurance and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) development to create comprehensive SOPs for our agency. Tasks will include: - Conducting research on industry standards - Developing SOPs covering the claims process, client onboarding, endorsements, cancellations, COI, and insurance auto filings - Ensuring all SOPs meet federal and state trucking insurance regulations The primary audience for these SOPs will be our internal staff.
