I'm looking for an Excel expert who can design a custom spreadsheet and dashboard template for tracking the completed yearly contract requirements of approximately 1,200 healthcare providers. Currently, we track completion of quarterly training completions, submission of required quality reporting documents, and important contact information which is updated and confirmed quarterly.
Key Requirements:
- The spreadsheet will be used internally to monitor the completion of specific trainings and the submission of quarterly documents.
- It must also track current contact information (email, phone, point of contact, etc.) for each provider.
- The dashboard will need to be user-friendly for both internal team and external stakeholders.
- Include data visualization features such as charts and graphs for easy interpretation.
