Modern CRM Lead Object Page Redesign - for Custom CRM

I'm looking for a designer to create a modern and minimalist layout for our custom CRM Lead Object page. This page will contain around 65 fields across 6 sections. I have a general idea of the page structure and some existing layouts, but I want a professional to redesign it and generate mockups.
